Is there a web site that I can go to and see if a will has been filed with probate?

I am not admitted in Montana.
Probate in Montana is filed in the District Courts. From what I see it does not appear that they are computerized. Here is the link to the State's general website:
http://www.montanacourts.org/default.mcpx
And to the District Court site:
http://www.montanacourts.org/dcourt/default.mcpx
At the very least you can call the District Court that is applicable here and ask. Good luck.
