Probable Cause

Question Details: I have a criminal background, almost 6 years now ive straightenout out my life.. I'm a bartender a few months back i was brought in for questioning of missing money from another bartenders bag. Nothing came of it, i was able to leave. Another occurence has happened and since i'm the relieving bartender im in question. I have nothing to hide, i'm not being accused, but need to be questioned by detective, can i be arrested for probable cause due to past and past similar occurance?

Your past criminal history might make them think you are more likley to be a suspect but without any evidence or proof (statemetns by you, physical evidence like fingerprints or a video, etc.) it will likely never get past the 'suspicion' stage. Good luck - keep doing all the right things and things will work out.
