You need to hire an attorney for this.  This isn't a simple case, and while you haven't said how the Hawaii Air National Guard figurs into this, if it does, it complicates matters, a lot.  You're going to have to find someone you can get into all the horrid "details" with, because they're going to be necessary, cases like this are usually very sensitive to the facts.  You're going to have to be prepared to go on living with this for two or three years.

Make sure not to neglect your current mental health treatment, and don't hesitate to address this unlawful disclosure with your providers.  Your health is more important than any lawsuit;  also, it is mostly by your providers' records and testimony that your damages can be proved.
