Can a husband and wife both be listed as power of attorney. For example: John and/or Jane Doe?

Yes, you can have co-attorneys-in-fact in a single Power of Attorney.  The key is to define whether eac co-attorney can act independently or must there be complete agreement.  Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have further issues.

Yes, you can have co-powers of attorney.  However, this can make for problems down the line if they disagree over performing or not performing certain actions but it is legal.
