Person who criminal was released to
Question Details: My friend's uncle was jailed for threatening his neighbors. He made bail, bus wasn't allowed to go to his home due to the neighbors. My friend also lives to close, so I agreed to say he could stay at my home. He never came here and the courts have found out. Am I an any trouble?

As long as staying at your house would not have been an evasion of what the court order intended, I don't think you have a problem here, especially since he never actually did stay at your house.
I'd try to avoid getting any more involved in this situation.
