Question Details: what can happen if i do not go to court to testify on smeone? when i made a deal with the D.A. to get out of jail.

Without seeing the details of your agreement with the D.A., if it was in writing, it's hard to say, but I would start with the assumption that if you don't keep your end of the deal, you won't get the benefit:  if your charges were dropped, they are probably going to be re-filed, and you'll be arrested again.

Perjury is lying under oath.  You can't be convicted of perjury if you don't testify at all.  And it is extremely unusual for a person to be charged with perjury, for testimony that the D.A. wanted them to give.
