own home on parents land

Question Details: have lived there 7 years. do i have any rights to it in the event that there is a problem?

Not unless you have legally been given rights, such as through a deed, easement, contract, etc. (which will then restrict your parents rights in the land, which in turn may lower the value of it if they sold). Without being formally given rights, you are just a guest; as a guest, you essentially have no rights, and should the land go to someone else--by sale, by foreclosure, by inheritance, etc.--that other person could ask you to leave.
