Question: Auto Accidents - California

I have injuries from a hit and run, other driver got a felony DUI, what should I settle for for?

Other driver felony DUI for hit and run. I have injuries. Insurance company trying to low ball me on my car. Do I fight or accept and just fight on pain/suffering?

First of all, you should have an attorney to make sure that you maximize the value of your case.  With respect to the property damage part of the case, you didn't indicate whether your vehicle was totalled.  Assuming that that is the case, in order to find out if your are really being "low balled", you should try to find similar vehicles in Auto Trader, and/or newspapers ads, or at a dealership.   Then you should compare those prices with what is being offered by the insurance company to see if it is worthwhile to fight the issue.  Have they offered any money for your "loss of use"?
