Order for Arrest in NC what should that person do?
Question Details:
A person found out online that there is an order for arrest warrant for that person for a traffic violation (DUI and speeding) in NC. This person was unaware of this and does not know what to do. This person now resides in NY. Will that person have to jail? What should that person do? How bad is this? This person found this out while applying to law school, how will this affect the bar/the law school admissions process?
