Criminal Defense Law Answers

First, this question is improperly categorized as a business law question -- it clearly belongs in the criminal defense category.  In any event, extradition usually only applies to states, not to counties.  Therefore, although it is not certain, it is clearly possible that the warrant will be served on you at your next court date.  Not showing up is NOT the answer.  Rather, you need to do everything possible to resolve this outstanding warrant as soon as possible.  If you hire an attorney and turn yourself in you will minimize your liability and will be able to begin to work towards obtaining a favorable resolution.
