Auto Accidents Law Answers

Although I cannot provide a complete answer without seeing your policy and the contract you entered into essentially I tend to lean towards yes without all the information. The insurance company will agree to insure licensed drivers if a unlicensed driver used the car that's a liability i presume your not covered for as it is actually illegal to drive without a license. I urge you to consult a local attorney and review your policy terms together in order to determine the specifics on your case. Good luck and thanks for coming to our site. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
