NH internal possession of Alcohol Law?

Question Details: I am 20 years old. Last night I was at a party and the cops came. I ended up being summons to appear in court on a possession of alcohol violation. I declined to take a Breathalyzer. I am wondering if I should attempt to get a lawyer if I am planning on pleading guilty? This took place in New Hampshire so they do have an internal possession law.
