neighbor borrowed around $16000 5 months back but till today he did not pay me at the same time same person cheated me for job.
Question Details: One my neighbor who share the town home with me borrowed around $16500 in 5 months of time but till today he did not repay me. He work for AT&T as a director. He said that he will show job for us and as a legal process of the company we need to pay $4000 for lawyer consultation and H1B visa transfer charges and told me that he will get legal agreement from HR department. Till today we did not get the job. He took my SSN and personal details to give it to HR. Now I came to know that he is a fraud person even though he is working for AT&T. I need to legal action on him. Please adive.
