Need pro bono criminal defense attorney to assist with dog nuisance law/disturbing the peace case.

Question Details:

Currently, my partner and I live in a condo with our two dachshunds. We have been receiving complaints for dogs barking/nuisance since 2007. It has escalated to the point where now we met for mediation with the animal control officer, the condo manager, and the neighbors (who make the complaints. We know that they are false; the barking, etc has not been occurring since 11/08. Now they are threatening to take us to court, hold us responsible for all condo lawyers court costs, and possibly serve 60 days in jail for disturbing the peace. I need your help. These allegations are false; conspiracy since we are gay.
