What to do if my wife was at a city park with my daughters who were on the tire swing and the swivel that holds the swing up collapsed and a 30 lb piece of metal hit my 3 year old on the head?
Question Details: We had to rush to the er where they gave her staples and medication. We went back to the park to take pictures and there were some teenagers that said that tire swing has fallen on other people and the city keeps putting it back up "making it work". Do I have a case against the city? Should I get them to pay my medical bills? My wife and I were scared to death when my 3 year old's face was completely covered in blood and my 6 year old was stuck under the tire.
