my wife wants to change conservators, how is this done?
Question Details: wife is physically disabled and on SS disability, she has a conservator but is told that she retains her own guardianship, she wants to make me her conservator, we live in Missouri

Is your wife's conservator court appointed, or a relative/friend who petitioned the court to be appointed? In any event, you should be able to file a petition for change of conservator in the county of residence.
