If we are going through a separation, can my wife change the locks to our house?

Served with separation papers 2 weeks ago. I am co-owner of the property. This is our marital home. This is also the address listed on the separation papers for both of us. Can she keep me out. We have not been to court yet. Is this legal?

Your wife cannot change the locks legally. You should be able to get the police to let you back in. But expect her to call the police and charge you with either sexual or physical abuse.
Your better bet is to file for a temporary hearing and get the court to make some orders. I can help you. Please call me.
