My wife passed away and left 2 of the 3 children life insurance. The initial 2 were from diff father and the third mine. It was never changed.
Question Details: The 2 older children were named beneficiaries on the policy. Our child together was not added to policy and now the insurer is, to the best of my knowledge not paying the full amount of the policy and our son together is not receiving any benefits from the policy. Is there anything that can be done as I'm not allowed because her mother has the other 2 to even get information about the benefits or the policy information. which I was initially told would be 2x her annual salary which I'm told is now only 25000 roughly total. How can I get information about the policy or benefits for our child

If the policy was never changed, if your child wasn't added as a beneficiary, it's too late now. Neither you nor your child have any right to the money being paid, and whether or not it's the proper amount is, quite literally, none of your business.
Unless there is a written agreement between you and your late wife, that required her to add your child to the insurance, you're going nowhere with this.
