My wife did not disclose a previous marriage on the marriage license. What effect will this have on the legality of the marriage?
Question Details: We live in Ohio. Is the marriage still legal? Will it make it easier for me to have the marriage dissolved?

If she was divorced it is not that big of a deal. If she was still married when you got married, then she is a bigamist and you are a putative spouse. Your marriage would then be voidable.
