my soon to be ex husband moved out , his name is not on the lease , he left all of his stuff and wont come and get it. can i leave it outside?

Your husband has abandoned his property.  Before you leave it out in the rain, you should give him written notice of your intentions.  Because he can sue you for the value of the lost goods, you need to be able to prove notice, so it would be best to send him an e-mail and get him to respond to it, proving his notice of your intention to get rid of the goods.
