Question: Criminal Defense - Florida

My son is on probation for drugs. The PO showed up at 6:30 am for a visit. My question is if my son is not there when she arrives is that a violation?

That is not a violation in and of itself, unless he was ordered to be there by the court, i.e. community control, or was told to be there at that time by his PO.
