Auto Accidents Law Answers

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.  The state may order that your son make restitution to the man's bike.  While th eman may have insurance, he is not required to use his insurance to fix the bike.  If your son does not have insurance, then you shoudl see if you have any insurance to refer the matter to.
