If my sister fell in the hospital and now has severe brain damage, what are our options?
Question Details:
My sister went to the hospital complaining about a headache. While there she slipped fell and hit her head on the desk. Since they saw her before she fell and claims she was OK they refused to see her again. She wound up going to a different hopsital that determined that something was wrong but because they didn't have the proper equipment, they sent her back to the original hospital. She now has severe brain damage.
