My roommate smokes put, but I don't. Can I get in trouble for his pot smoking?
Question Details: I share an apartment with a friend who smokes marijuana. I do not. Can I get into trouble for possession if he is caught since we are both on the lease? I do not want to be charged because the consequences would be bad for me. What should I do?
