If my roommate/landlord wants to evict me because I may soon require hospice care for Stage 4 cancer, can she do that?

I am so sorry for your situation.  No, I do not think that any court in any state would allow such abhorant behaviour by any landlord. I would urge you though to put your affairs in order and to think about where you wish to spend your final days and care so that it is as peaceful for you as possible.  Please get help here and support from those that have your best interest at heart.  Good luck.
