My question is, " to be considered a house hold member, how long could you be in the house?"

Question Details: If I have a boyfriend who stays in my house hold one night or maybe twice a month would he have to be one of my house hold members.

This term may be defined in your insurance policy.   Please read the policy.

If not, you need to contact your insurance agent or the insurance company to see, based on the facts re: boyfriend staying at the house, if he will or will not be coverered by your insurance policy.
