If a guy on a motorcycle hit me and he was driving with a suspended license, do I have to pay all of his medical bills?

If you were not at fault for the incident, you are not liable for the other driver's medical bills.  The person at fault for the accident is the party that is responsible for any damages, including medical bills, that any other party to the accident suffers.
