Daughter has 24-hour attendant care due to an accident, how do I get insurer to pay for the attendant to go to school with her?

Question Details:

The insurance company say's because the schools will provide someone to sit with her they do not have to pay. However my daughter does not speak and at this time has no form of communication, her nurses that know her really need to go with her not some stranger who would have no way of knowing if there is something wrong. What can I do to make sure that her nurse will be allowed to go.

Hello

Let me start by thanking you for the email. I have over 20 years of experience fighting insurance companies for attendant care benefits. I have currently a large number of client for whom I have forced the insurance companies to make regular monthly attendant care payments. I would like very much the opportunity to speak with you further about this. On cases such as your daughters there is no legal fee unless we recover compensation for her. In most cases we make the insurance companies pay for the attorney fees. Please call me at you convenience.

The answer is you have sue the insurance company and make them pay for the proper care for your daughter. I would need to have far more information about her to give you a complete answer but it comes down to the doctors that will support this need.

I look forward to hearing from you.
