My mother did a transfer on death deed to me with a loan on the house. Am I responsible for the loan or can I renegotiate the loan?

Question Details: Mother has died and now I'm worried about the loan on the house it has come to my attention I may be able to renegotiate the loan or was not even suppose to be able to will it to me with the loan
