Insurance Law Law Answers

Although I do not practice law in the State of Indiana, here are my initial impressions.  First, if the nursing home has dropped your mother on three separate occasions, and those drops have resulted in injury, then the nursing home may be liable for your mother's injuries.  I suggest that you consult with a personal injury attorney at your earliest convenience in the interest of protecting your mothers rights and assuring that she receives proper medical treatment.  Good luck.
