Manager badmouthing me
Question Details:
My manager is telling my co-workers that she is going to fire me. It's spreading around like gossip. Would there be any legal recourse for me if terminated?

Unless she is defaming you; that is telling some type of falsehood, merely stating that you are going to be fired is not illegal. It is, however, incredibly unprofessional.
