Question: Auto Accidents - Florida

My insurance has ran out, backed into a parked car and did $6000.00 worth of damage, what should I do?
I am embaresed it happen at my work parking lot, Nobody saw me do it but I left a card gave him my insurance information because it was the right thing to do. When I went to make the claim found out it expired in August. I want to make things right but do not have the $6,000 dollars.

You're going to have to see if you and the person whose car you damaged can agree on a payment plan;  if possible, you should look into borrowing the money to pay the person, and then pay off the loan.

It was the right thing to do.  I hope the person you're dealing with gives you some credit with that, and I hope you have good luck finding that loan.  If more people were as honorable as you, there'd be a lot less work for us lawyers.
