If my I 130 was filled under the English translation of my name not the original name that is in my passport, what could be the outcome?
Question Details:
The USCIS is asking for more documentation of why the name appears on the forms and I don't know what to provide them with. Since the name was not legally changed but only a translation was used.

You need to certify the translation of your name. Explain that is is an alias or "other names used". You should confirm with your birth certificate as well.
