Am I entitled to anything in my divorce regarding a condo that my husband bought during our marriage?

My husband purhase a condo while we were married but he did not put my name on the deed.

Massachusetts is a marital property state, which means both parties have an equal right to all the property owned in the marriage, whether or not your name is on the condo. Basically, with real property such as houses, both you and your husband would have an interest in any of the net value of the condo (the market value minus the mortgage amount).
