Question: Divorce, Marriage, Alimony - Florida

My husband of 12 years is leaving me. Am I entitled to alimony in the state of Florida?
My husband deceided tat he no longer wants to be with me anymore. He is moving out and already has a place established. 'Im not sure if I will be able to make it on my own without some financial assistance.

With a 12 year marriage, it is possible that you may have some entitlement to spousal support / alimony from your Husband. However, the length of the marriage is only one factor of many that determines whether or not he should pay alimony to you and for how long.
