My husband is on ss disability, Is our only income, we are $600 in monthly debt over his check, can we file for bankruptcy
Question Details: We are in over our heads, I am thinking about filing for bankruptcy but not sure how to do it or if we qualify, our bills are like $2300 a month and my husbands disability check is $1700, we have a van we are paying on and a paid off truck, can you give me info on whether we can qualify
