Dear Concerned:  Your Husband may have his criminal record expunged by filing an application  with the Court, in the form of a Complaint for Expungement.  Contact an Attorney to assist you and to represent you in Court for the short hearing.

Good luck!

Sincerely, J. Norman Stark, Cleveland, OH.

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.  The way to get the charge expunged is to file an application for expungement.  you may obtain this application online at the parole board website or the public defender's office can direct you to it.  I suggest that you hire a lawyer to help with the application and make sure it is done right and questions are answered in the best way possible.
