Insurance comapnies are in the business of making money and profits.  They accomplish this goal by taking in premiums and denying and/or delaying payment of claims, even legitimate ones that are covered by the policy.

You need to hire a TX denied insurance claims attorney to see if there is a valid case against your homeowners insurance company.
