My health insurance keeps cancelling my policy even though I'm paying my premiums on time, what can I do?

Question Details:

Walmart Benefits is supposed to be paying my policy when I send them the money. I'm on time with my payments but my insurance keeps dropping me because they say they aren't making the payments on time. My payment has never been over 30 days late which is the cutoff. Is there any sort of legal steps I can take to Keep them from dropping me?

Request written documentation from Wal-Mart and ins. co. showing payments made for you.

In the alternative, see if you can pay the health ins. co. directly and leave Wal-Mart out of it.

For now on, communicate to Wal-Mart or ins. co. in writing.
