Is it legal for a father to keep a mother from visiting a sick child in the hospital?
Question Details:
My grandson is in the hospital and he has been in my daughter's custudy his whole life. He's 3 and the father took him and won't give him back. Now he's in the hospital, and the hospital will not let us see him because the father said not to let us in. Is this legal?
