Must a small estate be put through probate?
Question Details: My grandpa just recently died and I'm executor of the Will. Also, I'm owner on his bank accounts. I have 2 other sisters and his wishes were to split everything 3 ways. There a few medical bills I need to pay and that is the only debt he had. Do I really need to go to probate court?
