My grandfather passed away and I need to know how to get the Will?

You may check the house, or the county probate court where he lived.  If you are still unable to locate will, you may proceed without a will.  The michigan law will dictate who is to recieve assets.  If you know who has the will or a copy of it and that person is not willing to proceed, the court may force that person to provide the will.  Please contact me, if you would like my help.  johntatone.com
