Question: Personal Injury - California

My girlfriend and i were rear ended several months ago. Now its time to create a settelment demand letter. I would like to know if i could include my
girlfriend in it since i am the acting attorney in our case or should she needed to create her own? Please help...

I am a CA lawyer.  You can represent yourself, but no one else. (doing so is considered the unauthorized practice of law).  Your girlfriend should create her own letter.  I would also recommend consulting with an attorney.  Use this web site to find a qualified lawyer.  Good luck.
