If he was court ordered to add your name, then you may file a motion to show cause to enforce the court order. To whom was the property awarded in the divorce or was this a more recent purchase? If a more recent purchase -- since the divorce -- then he may not have to add your name to the title. More information would definitely be needed to be able to fully outline your options.
