My father wrote his will 15 years ago and left my sister a piece of property since sold and does not include a new property that he purchased

Question Details:

My father wrote his will 15 years ago and left almost all to my youngest sister who had nothing. He left her a piece of property that does not exist anymore and he bought a new one and didn't leave it to anyone. Who gets the property and should the will be contested plus his finacial situation is greater than 15 years ago?

The new property would go per the residuary clause of the will.  If there is none, it would be devised outside the will under the states intestacy provision.  A change in the testator's financial condition does not make the will invalid.
