my exwife was odered to sell the the house or pay me off by june 1 2009 this order was given in 2006 she still has not done so

You will have to go to court, and get a new order to enforce the old one.  These situations are always difficult in a housing market like this;  sooner or later, though, the court will give you what amounts to a power of attorney to sell the house yourself.

I'd strongly recommend having a lawyer represent you in this, so that your case will be presented properly and the right relief can be put in your new court order.  It will probably save you time and money in the long run.
