If my ex-wife wants the kids to attend private school but I can't afford it, can she make me pay for it?
Question Details:
We have been divorced for 3 years now. The kids have attended public school for last 2 years. We have shared custody of the kids; I have them for a week at a time then she has them for a week.

A judge may side with her to order the kid to go to private school. However, nobody can force you to pay a priavete school tuition.
