If my ex-wife and I both have joint custody of our daughter can she stop me from seeing her?
I do not think that your ex-wife can prevent you from seeing your daughter unless she went back to court and requested a modification/change to the custody/visitation agreement. Without doing that, she must abide by the agreement you have regarding custody/visitation. Unless the agreement states that she can prevent you from seeing your daughter for specified reasons.

Are you a lawyer?
