my divorce is final. ex was ordered to sell house, let it foreclose, will not pay any judgments, ie credit card debt, child support. lawyer is done.

Question Details: what can i do? i can't file anything in the supreme court without a lawyer. mine gave up since she isn't getting paid,. i am a full time student, single mom, with no child support/alimony for 2.5 years. he quit his $130,000 a year job so he wouldnt have to pay. now runs his own handyman business. i need help before i lose my mind. threatens to take me to court if i dont let him have her every other weekend.

Regretfully, the type of procedure you are looking to do in the Supreme Court is best done by an experienced matrimonial attorney but without the ability to afford to retain an attorney, there are few lawyers who will take the case.  I am very sorry about that.
