My daughter is pregnant and due in one month, not married, and we need to know her rights and the father's obligations under Idaho law.
Question Details: The father admits he conceived the child with my daughter which can be proved through proper testing. He is approx. 35 yrs. old and lives with his wealthy father. They state that he is not working and has no income therefore cannot be held financially liable. His sister states that upon their father death she will inherit all funds and her brother will get nothing. According to Idaho State law is what she is telling us anywhere near the truth? We have no money and cannot afford legal representation. Thank You
